Your key responsibilities

Your main mission as a Data Management Change Expert is to support Chief Data Officer to ensure compliance with BCBS239 regulations and Data management requirements.

  • Manage project, change management to ensure Data Management compliancy. You bring various stakehpder together to work on the data governance roadmap. You manage dependencies, you have strong facilitation skills to lead project meetings.
  • Liaise and coordinate with internal stakeholders to enable the successful execution of the data gpvernance roadmap.
  • Provide regular progress reports to senior management.
  • Monitor and Improve:  keep a close eye on our internal processes, ensuring we meet the regulatory standards and continuously improve. Bring efficiency and effectiveness in our data management & Data Quality processes.
  • Have an advisory role towards the data governance & data quality related topics.
  • Work closely with Business Area leads to improve the quality of data within the different assets of the bank.
  • Manage Data Management awareness activities (elaboration of the yearly training plan & conduction of training sessions).

We are looking for:

  • Master level or equivalent by experience.
  • Experience of minimum 5 years in the financial services industry. Previous experience within project / process / change / transition management is a plus
  • Fluency in English (oral and written), French knowledge is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of banking (product &/or segments) & non-financial and regulatory risks;
