Team Overview
The Passenger Growth Operations team at DiDi is responsible for driving sustainable growth by optimizing acquisition, conversion, and retention strategies. We focus on maximizing efficiency in the passenger funnel, ensuring high-quality users with strong long-term value (LTV).
As a Senior Analyst, Passenger Acquisition, you will play a key role in expanding our user base by designing and executing data-driven strategies to attract new passengers for 9 different countries across SSL (Spanish Speaking Latam). This role requires a strong analytical mindset, deep understanding of growth levers, and ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations teams.
Role Responsibilities

Own the definition and execution of our rider base's growth operation and strategy, having as a main leverage our users incentives platform, product enhancements and cross team-collaboration projects.

Design, implement, and track performance of acquisition campaigns across different mobility products, executing efficient actions following P&L targets according to the available budgets

Develop and test pricing, promotions, and incentive strategies to improve cost-efficiency in user acquisition
- Support automation of growth processes to improve scalability and efficiency in user acquisition

Collaborate with marketing, data science, and product teams to enhance targeting and personalization efforts, improving the quality of our new and re-engaged users with a strong focus on retention and usage frequency

Monitor key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), conversion rates, and retention trends, ensuring sustainable growth
Role Qualifications

+2 years of experience in data analysis, business operations, or growth strategy, preferably in the tech industry.

Educational background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field..

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R) and visualization software (e.g., Looker, Power BI).

Experience or desire to learn how to use data-based decision-making, exercising good judgment in ambiguous circumstances, and effectively communicating across a diverse team

Proficiency in English & Spanish.

Clear Communicator - you are a clear and concise communicator with the ability to synthesize a lot of information quickly and highlight the key insights.
