Job Description

In this role, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the business by driving the execution of Product Master Data Excellence across the HPM enterprise. Your focus will be on ensuring the synchronization of data across key systems (eData Master Record/Windchill), improving data quality, and ensuring compliance with the Philips One Product Data Model for both business and regulatory needs. This role is crucial to ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant product data across the organization.

Your role:

  • Review and analyze quarterly comparison reports from Windchill and eDMR to identify discrepancies, trends, and areas requiring attention in the synchronization of product master data.

  • Partner with the Hospital Patient Monitoring Unique Device Identification Team to define the project scope, develop a comprehensive project plan, and engage stakeholders for data cleanup initiatives. Ensure progress is tracked and reported regularly to ensure alignment with deadlines and business goals.

  • Lead or contribute to resolving data issues that may arise, providing guidance to business and regulatory teams on the necessary actions, required timelines, and methods for addressing data discrepancies and ensuring compliance.

  • Proactively identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in data processes and systems. Work with stakeholders to implement improvements that enhance data quality, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

  • Develop and implement a structured process for the handover of completed data cleanup activities to the business, ensuring sustainable long-term data management practices are in place.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 2+ years of experience with data analytics including the ability to manage projects, track progress, and work with cross-functional teams to achieve business and compliance objectives.  You have familiarity with the Product Data Lifecycle Management processes to ensure that data is managed and maintained in alignment with industry’s best practices and regulatory requirements.

  • You have excellent customer relations skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, influence decision makers, and negotiate effectively to resolve conflicts and drive alignment on data management initiatives. You are driven and able to work independently, learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing priorities.

  • You have at least a bachelor’s degree.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.

  • You must have in-depth knowledge of Product Master Data in the Hospital Patient Monitoring domain, with a focus on ensuring accuracy and consistency across various systems and stakeholders.  Strong hands-on experience with eDMR, Windchill, and SAP systems is essential for this role to manage and synchronize product data across various platforms effectively.
