JOB SUMMARY:
Supports the Sr HRIS and Payroll Manager and other leaders through research and analysis. Accountable for data integrity and reporting of the global HR system. Provides a high level of accuracy in managing data to ensure that results are precise and reliable.
Responsibilities
1. Design, develop and enhance Cognos reports and dashboards
2. Run routine daily/weekly/monthly reports and distribute as appropriate after validating results; create ad hoc reports and workforce analytics for users as needed
3. Supports the Benefits and Payroll departments with data requests and technical assistance
4. Assist with training Human Resources personnel and creating/maintaining documentation and tools for proper data entry
5. Responsible for testing new systems, releases and enhancements to ensure optimal functionality of system data
6. Assists with data entry and data integrity for US and foreign employees
7. Assists with government required reporting including accuracy of reported data
8. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend potential solutions/corrections for HR data
9. Provide support in other areas of HR as needed (e.g. special projects and vacation cover)
Qualifications
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE MINIMUMS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Advanced Excel skills required
- Knowledge of UKG System preferred
- Experience in IBM Cognos report writing preferred
- Knowledge of SQR reporting preferred
