Position Summary...

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Operations, for the Customer Data and Identity team. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring alignment across the organization, and facilitating the execution of business priorities. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and leadership skills, with a strong focus on managing the cadence of key meetings, decision-making processes, and cross-functional initiatives.

What you'll do...

Strategic Planning & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic objectives.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable plans and ensure consistent progress.

Rhythm of the Business Management:

  • Establish and maintain the operating cadence of the organization, including executive reviews, planning sessions, and business updates.
  • Drive agenda setting, goal tracking, and follow-ups for leadership meetings.
  • Ensure timely and effective decision-making by providing relevant data and insights.

Operational Excellence:

  • Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics to assess organizational progress.
  • Identify and address gaps in operational effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that drive business impact.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across departments.

Advisory Support:

  • Provide counsel and thought partnership to the [Executive Leader] on business priorities and challenges.
  • Prepare briefings, reports, and presentations for executive-level discussions.

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Ideally 3+ years of experience in retail, store, or Omni environment.
  • 5+ years developing product strategy and managing product development in corporations
  • Strong and proven ability to influence internal stakeholders

Sunnyvale, California US-08479:The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00

Minimum Qualifications...

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations , or related field and 3 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 5 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area. 1 year’s supervisory experience.
