The Opportunity

 

The Test Data Lead is responsible for test data management across all platforms, provide data to testing team that is usable, repeatable & consumable and serves the test data requirements for each team.

 

Office location: Ideally Boston - USA or optional Toronto - Canada

 

Work arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days from Home (Remote working option is not available)

 

Position Responsibilities:

  • Understand test data structure of the organization

  • Understand test data requirements for associated platform

  • Extract data through existing tools

  • Maintain data integrity and quality standards

  • Create a centralized reusable test data repository

 

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of total IT experience

  • 5-6 years of experience in test data management or data engineering in a large complex environment preferably in the life insurance or financial service industry.

  • Experience with cloud based technologies like Salesforce & Azure Kubernetes in a regulated environment

  • Expertise in SQL, ETL processes and data warehousing

  • Exp. in designing and developing Data

  • Not really a QA/QE role

  • Understanding of Data catalog, Data quality, Data modeling and Data mapping

  • Non production environment

  • Provisioning test data platform

  • Know how to use reusable data

  • Strong knowledge of life insurance business processes including policy administration, underwriting

  • 3-5 years experience with data tools & automation, ETL, Delphi, Informatica

  • Knowledge in API test data provisioning for microsevices based architecture

  • Strong scripting skills ( Python, PowerShell)

  • Relevant Data Certifications- TDM Practitioner

  • Bachelors degree

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Data Management Professional

  • Azure Data Engineer

  • Delphix or Informatica Test Data Management Certification

Salary range is expected to be between

$104,860.00 USD - $194,740.00 USD

The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
