Reporting & Analytics:

  • Oversee the development of high-quality dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Guide the team in performing exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends and insights.
  • Ensure alignment of reporting frameworks and KPIs with business objectives.

Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with senior leadership, business teams, and product managers to identify and implement data-driven solutions.
  • Act as a strategic advisor by providing data-driven insights to product, strategy, and customer experience teams.
  • Work closely with data engineers, business analysts, and developers to enhance data pipelines and reporting capabilities.
  • Support business development and decision-making through advanced data analytics.
