POSITION SUMMARY: The Compliance and Data Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting both the Global Head of Recruitment and HR Business Operations and the Senior Data Analyst. This role requires a healthy balance of analytical acumen, and employee relations requirements, standards and practices. The compliance segment will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to legal and regulatory standards related to employment practices. The analytics segment will support the Senior Analyst in collecting, analyzing and interpreting data to help drive informed business decisions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

The responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Collect and compile HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll outputs, management and employee surveys.
  • Analyze data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership as needed.
  • Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
  • Maintain and update HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR project and initiatives by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and areas for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance and ethical standards
  • Investigate compliance issues and coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries or audits.
  • Monitor and report compliance activities, including the effectiveness of compliance programs.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and integration of compliance initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure the organization remains compliant.

Compliance Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze changes in HR compliance regulations to ensure company policies are updated accordingly.
  • Conduct horizon scanning for current and emerging HR compliance regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards across the organization, with a focus on data integrity and ethical practices.
  • Serve as a compliance delegate to the for the Global Head of Recruitment and HR Business Operations.

Policy Development and Implementation

  • Develop, implement, and update HR procedures and practices.
  • Establish and refine compliance processes to mitigate organizational risk.
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to create and administer HR policies.

Auditing and Risk Management

  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify compliance risks in HR processes.
  • Implement corrective actions to address identified compliance issues.

Training and Communication

  • Design and deliver training programs on compliance policies, best practices, and regulatory updates.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure staff are informed about compliance standards.
  • Deliver employee training on policies and reporting mechanisms.

Investigations, Corrective Action and Disciplinary Action

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and investigations in the US and provide oversight to Most of World.
  • Collaborate with I&C, legal, HR, and other relevant teams to address reports of non-compliance (review, triage, assignment, investigation, report out to closure).
  • Lead HR related non-compliance investigations.
  • Monitor Employee Relations HR-reviews.
  • Prepare and submit HR compliance reports to senior management.
  • Provide strategic advice to leadership on compliance matters, corrective actions and disciplinary. actions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7-years’ experience
  • Proven experience as an HR analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Employee relations experience.
