[L5~L6-1/CFS 잠실8층] Data Analyst [Operations(Fresh and Core)]

Team Description:

CFS Central Operations Analytics team is responsible for building operation capability and reliability for the entire FC network. Central Operation is the only POC for all stakeholders across Coupang to bring any changes in FC operations. This role entails -

• deep diving into process and FC operations to find out key problem area where operations team need to focus.
• impacts entire FC network - Core and Fresh FCs.
• handling critical tasks related to CLT expectations, escalations and immediate requirements.

 Key Responsibilities:

Process Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze FC workflow and productivity to identify the areas of improvement
• Develop process improvement opportunity through quantitative research and operation research methodology.
• Identify bottlenecks in operations and ideate to mitigate the risk and de-bottleneck

Technology & Automation Support

• Generate Ideas through Data analysis and work with process and product team to digitize/enhance the operational process
• Support the deployment of new tools and technologies in operations.
• Create process flow diagrams, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirement documents (BRDs) - for the projects being handled by operations Analytics team

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Deep dive into data in every operational process to identify future opportunity and problem that may occur in operations
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve operational efficiency
• Develop reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Accumulate business/operational requirements for operational improvements
• You classify, store, and handle data in accordance with Coupang policies.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (operations, Process, Control Tower, Finance, HR, etc.) to understand business needs
• Communicate findings and recommendations to CLTs
• Act as a POC between Process, Operation and Central Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of projects

Qualifications:

• Engineering candidate in Computer Science/Industrial engineering (Statistics, mathematics, etc.) with minimum 5 yrs experience
• Hands-on experience with Python, SQL queries, Databases, Excel, Statistical modeling
• Power BI and Tableau knowledge is a plus
• Bilingual (able to Speak/Read/Write Korean and English)

Prefer to have:

• Degree of Management (Business administration) is added advantage
