Position Title: Sr. Healthcare Information Data Scientist

Position Description: Function independently in an expert capacity producing innovative solutions driven by exploratory data analysis from complex and high-dimensional database. Evaluate project plans and proposals to assess issues and coordinate with stakeholders including executives, project sponsors, IT Teams, clinicians, and clinical and operational staff to determine analytic requirements for project requests. Use analytical approach to design, develop, and evaluate predictive models and advanced algorithms that lead to optimal value extraction from the data. Analyze problems and develop solutions involving computer software programs and applications by designing programs or queries to retrieve complex data from databases in one or more programming languages. Apply theoretical expertise and innovation to create or apply new technology and design, development, implement and deploy Robotic Process Automation (RPA) systems and artificial intelligence solutions. Handle data translation, storage, request & response messages using the FHIR standards (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) using Web API’s, Micro services framework or similar framework and integrate with User Interface tools and No SQL tools (ex. Mongo DB). Administer, migrate and maintain the collaboration and document management software tool (SharePoint or PoweApp) and their servers.

Hybrid position

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field plus 2 years experience as a computer programmer or a related occupation in computer programming.

Must possess 2 years experience in:
• Sharepoint or PowerApp development
• Robotic Process Automation
• Data Analytics/Dashboards
• Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR) Patient Portal/ Data Warehouse.
• General Services Administration (GSA) Sanction Checking
• Web API’s or Micro services framework or similar framework
• Database administration experience with SQL or no-SQL tools.
