Product Manager, AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) - GenAI

Meta is at the forefront of developing and deploying large language models, including our Llama family of efficient open-source and future SOTA models. As we continue to advance in this space, we're creating new opportunities to apply these technologies to automate and improve various processes across the company.

One key area of focus is the development of annotation solutions for our GenAI models. With the increasing demand for high-quality training data, we need to build scalable and efficient annotation products that can keep up with the pace of innovation. This is where you come in – as a Product Manager for AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) - GenAI, you'll play a critical role in defining and delivering annotation products that meet the needs of our GenAI teams, driving business value and accelerating the development of our AI capabilities.

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our annotation products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are effective, and scalable. You will also collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their annotation needs and develop products that meet those needs.Product Manager, AI Solutions and Automation (ASA) - GenAI Responsibilities

• Define and deliver annotation products that meet the needs of our GenAI teams, driving business value and accelerating the development of our AI capabilities.
• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our annotation products, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products are effective, and scalable.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to understand their annotation needs and develop products that meet those needs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management or related industry experience with domain-specific experience in Machine Learning and AI.
• 8+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design, and user research teams.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree (or foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences, or a related field and 2+ years of experience in the following:
• Experience navigating through the full product life-cycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch execution.
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience.
• Experience presenting to executive audiences.
• Background in data curation or related fields
• Technical experience in AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and practices
• Experience with analyzing data sets and identify trends and anomalies
• Demonstrated experience working independently while contributing to team goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces.
• Experienced Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence PMs.
• Experience in working with/building GenAI Annotation solutions.

$171,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
