Manager, GenAI Product Data Operations

Meta is seeking an Operations leader to join the Product Data Operations (PDO) team, which is integral to providing data and insights that drive machine learning and AI across all Meta products. As a Manager on the PDO GenAI team, you will oversee a team responsible for delivering critical data and data labeling for Meta's GenAI products. This role requires close collaboration with product and engineering teams to ensure the successful execution of Meta's product roadmap. We are looking for an entrepreneurial leader who can innovate and execute effectively in this dynamic environment. In this position, you will lead a team to ensure the timely delivery of data and labels to product and engineering teams within the GenAI space. Building collaborative relationships across various functions—including Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy—is essential. You will also be responsible for identifying and initiating new project opportunities or focus areas for the GenAI team, as well as attracting, building, managing, and developing a talented and collaborative team. Utilizing strategic tools, systems, and data, you will help your team analyze trends and deliver insights that define goals and improve processes. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of Meta's AI and machine learning initiatives, and it requires a leader who is not only experienced but also passionate about driving impactful change in a fast-paced environment.Manager, GenAI Product Data Operations Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Project Managers to deliver data and labels to product and engineering teams in the GenAI space
• Build collaborative cross-functional relationships with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Data Engineering, Operations Partnerships, Legal, and Privacy, among other teams
• Identify and initiate opportunities for new projects or focus areas for the GenAI team.
• Attract, build, manage, and develop a talented and collaborative team
• Utilize strategic tools, systems, and data to help the team analyze trends and deliver insights to define goals and improve processes

Minimum Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, operations, or project management
• 2+ years of people management experience
• Experience prioritizing and ensuring key initiatives move forward, managing multiple cross-functional stakeholders, and working in a deadline-driven environment
• Experience building, optimizing and scaling programs and teams
• Executive presence and effective communications skills
• Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience
• A proven team player adaptable to a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building 0-1 products, platform/ecosystem products, or marketplaces
• Experience in AI, machine learning, or related fields
• Technical fluency to understand, communicate and drive impact in highly technical and fast-moving problem spaces

$143,000/year to $202,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
