What you will do
The Analyst, Operations & Support is responsible for supporting and maintaining digital solutions and products, across technologies various including Power BI, data science, machine learning, and more. In this role, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure that our digital products, data pipelines, and platforms are reliable for end users to support critical business operations.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide ongoing communication to stakeholders regarding incidents, including their root causes and corrective actions being taken.
· Ensure Power BI reports and other digital products are reliable, with accurate and timely data.
· Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand recurring issues and provide them with solutions.
· Use tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and other visualization software to create insightful and easy-to-understand reports.
· Work closely with Data Scientists in implementing ML models, build data pipelines.
· Identify development needs for the purpose of streamlining and improving operations
· Support Design, development, and optimize data pipelines to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources.
· Use Python, SQL for data analysis and data extraction.
· Build and support tools using Power Apps and Power Automate.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
· Minimum of a bachelor's degree is required. Specialization in supply chain with experience in digital product development, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred.
· Minimum of 2-4 years of business experience
· Proficiency in SQL and Python
· Expertise in data visualization tools, especially Power BI
· Experience with ETL tools and processes, especially Alteryx
· Strong knowledge of data warehousing solutions
· Familiarity with Microsoft technology stack (e.g., Azure, Databricks)
· Experience with PowerApps and Power Automate
· Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly
· Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
· Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
