6. Budgeting exercise.

1. Carrying out budgeting exercise (Advances, number of Customer, fee income) at branches level, and resource level as per various factors like their potential etc. and broad org objective. 
2. Implementation Create and drive reward programmes for Sales Team/channels
3. Carry out data analysis regular/adhoc basis on portfolio performance in terms of acquisition, advances, fee, NII, overall portfolio profitability etc.
4. Conceptualize and execute new programmes/product or modification of existing programmes/product to help increase SME and LAP advances business.
5. Co-ordination with various stakeholders like Compliance, legal, credit/risk, IT to implement various programmes.
6. Continuous scanning of business opportunities in market through competition mapping, industry analysis in various geographical area and industrial clusters. 
7. Marketing initiatives to improve product penetration in market- Digital marketing/campaign, traditional and digital initiatives 
8. Carry out budgeting exercise for RMs and monitoring of the same.  
9. Take lead in implementation of LOS/LMS project for both SME and LAP and support various digital initiatives. 
    

Experience: 5 to 10 years
