YOUR TEAM

We offer you an exciting opportunity for your master thesis in our Cloud Foundation & Operations team in the field of AI and Operations. For the following topic you get the responsibility: Service Operation and Control. The aim of this master thesis is delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Our operations model is based on a DevOps / System of systems culture. We are looking for self-motivated, self-reliant and flexible new colleagues with a pioneering and innovative spirit to join our team.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Research & Analysis: Explore current AIOps technologies and their applications in IT areas like incident management, monitoring, and automation
• Model Development: Design and implement models and algorithms for predicting, analyze and preventing IT issues and abnormalities
• Data Analysis & Processing: Analyze large datasets from various IT operations sources, such as log data and network traffic, to identify patterns for anomaly detection
• Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with IT, data science, and operations departments to gather requirements to develop solutions
• Documentation & Presentation: Produce a comprehensive thesis and regularly report progress and findings

WHO YOU ARE

• Enrolled student in a Master’s program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience with machine learning, AI methods, Python and Java
• Basic knowledge of logging/monitoring platforms
• Knowledge of data analysis and processing
• Communication: Ability to clearly communicate technical content.
• Independence & Teamwork: Self-driven and collaborative, with a strong team spirit.
• Fluent in English, German is a plus

• Remote work options within Germany
• Duration: 6 months
• 20 h/week, up to 35 h/week during semester break
