Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  •     Employee Enablement – setting up and seamlessly executing the on-boarding and de-boarding of both RR permanent and partner employees. From on-boarding perspective it means appropriate account creation, allocation of assets, access to internal applications, familiarisation of induction process and Day 1 activities. Similarly, for de-boarding make sure the assets are returned and tracked, IDs are deactivated appropriately, and accesses are revoked. 
  •     Procurement & Finance Reconciliation – enabling procurement demand through SAP based process working closely with business teams and taking through the approval processes. This includes 
  •         o    Working closely with requestor to identify the procurement request including key information and detailed specification
  •         o    Liaising with vendors through purchasing team for quote and logistics
  •         o    Drafting Manual PR and seeking approvals as per the required protocols
  •         o    Raising SAP PR for further processing
  •         o    Receipt of goods/service and raising SES
  •         o    Invoice creation through SAP system post receipt and check of good/service It also includes reconciliation activities of the partner invoices, invoice payments, travel costs and other spends, to reconcile and track the same internally using the XL based tools
  •     Training Administration – consolidating training needs from within the team to work closely in enabling them through the available channels. License management and allocations for on-boarding and de-boarding employees. Regular reporting on training progress and enablement required for the team.
  •     Operations Reporting – management of Power platform-based dashboards to manage critical operations KPI around demand pipeline, HC progression, budget variances, infra and one-time costs, etc.

Key skills and Technical Competencies

  •     As an Employee Enablement you are expected to have comprehensive exposure to enablement activities and reporting
  •     Proven track record of managing operations data, handling employee on-boarding and de-boarding and training platforms
  •     Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and team members to seamlessly execute the enablement activities
  •     Excellent written and presentational skills
  •     Ability to simplify and communicate complex topics
  •     Intermediate skills with Power Platform especially Power BI is recommended
