Our team

Loyalty programs play a vital role in customer retention and monetization, offering exclusive perks while generating revenue through strategic partnerships. Our focus is to enhance customer personalization and boost the retailing capabilities of these programs.

This apprenticeship explores how Generative AI (GenAI) can help administrators create and implement marketing campaigns faster by automating business rule generation. The goal is to build a model that suggests optimized business rules based on administrator inputs, aligned with the system’s capabilities.

Role Overview

As an apprentice, you will:

• Investigate GenAI applications for loyalty program management.

• Conduct a preliminary analysis and report findings.

• Design and develop a high-quality prototype.

• Collaborate with the tech lead and UX team to refine the solution.

• Participate in Agile development, contributing to the team’s backlog.

• Support the development of new features in the retailing and campaign scope.

You will gain hands-on experience in AI-driven automation, software development, and agile methodologies within a dynamic and innovative environment.

Your Profile

You are currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, with strong English skills.

Required skills:

• Knowledge of Angular and Java

• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI concepts

Soft skills:

• Curiosity and adaptability

• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking

• Ability to thrive in a multicultural and fast-paced environment
