What you will do:
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) organization is seeking a highly knowledgeable and experienced Configuration and Master Data Management Expert to lead the SAP S/4HANA implementation for this discipline. This role is critical in ensuring the successful configuration, data integrity, and seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA across our business units. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in SAP systems, configuration management, and master data. They will also be an active listener with the ability to quickly learn and comprehend current business practices and future business needs regarding master data and configuration functionality in an ERP system.
- Gather and understand business master data and configuration requirements for SAP S/4HANA implementation
- Represent the IBP Material Master Data and Configuration organization during the development, testing, deployment, and hyper-care phases of the SAP S/4HANA project
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Development, Operations, Aftermarket, Procurement, etc. to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs
- Coordinate system testing and validation to ensure proper configuration and functionality
- Manage data migration and integration activities, ensuring seamless transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA
- Develop and maintain documentation for configuration management and master data processes
- Create training and support systems for end-users of configuration management and master data within SAP S/4HANA
- Develop and implement configuration management processes to ensure system consistency and data integrity
- Oversee the master data management (MDM) strategy, ensuring accurate, consistent, and reliable data across all SAP modules
- Design and implement data governance frameworks to maintain high data quality and compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA updates, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve system performance and capabilities
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience in business administration, or related field; or an advanced degree with 10 years of experience.
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
- Knowledge of SAP and S/4HANA architecture, modules, and configuration tools
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Experience leading SAP implementation projects
- Understanding of master data management principles, practices, and technologies
- Experience managing various bills of material demonstrating configuration management best practices
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex data and system configurations
- SAP certification in configuration management or master data management
- Experience leading Master Data Governance driving data access control, ownership and quality
- APICS / ASCM certification.
- Six Sigma, RTX CORE advanced certification

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite. This means that responsibilities of the job need to be performed onsite on a regular basis.
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
