We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist to extract actionable insights, develop machine learning models, and drive data-driven decision-making. The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in statistics, programming, and data engineering, along with expertise in deploying AI/ML solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to uncover meaningful insights.
• Develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analyses to solve business challenges.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to integrate data-driven solutions into business operations.
• Optimize data models and pipelines for scalability, performance, and efficient processing.
• Visualize insights and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, impactful manner.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and data science technologies to enhance business strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics.
• Proficiency in Python/R and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data engineering tools (Spark, Hadoop, Airflow).
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to translate complex concepts into actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Familiarity with MLOps and deploying ML models into production.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies and handling large-scale datasets.
