Responsibilities and Duties:
- Analyze and assess the quality of data used across the organization.
- Identify data quality issues, including missing, incomplete, or inconsistent data.
- Develop and implement data quality standards, metrics, and benchmarks.
- Create and maintain data quality reports and dashboards.
- Collaborate with data owners, data stewards, and IT teams to resolve data quality issues.
- Perform data cleansing and transformation activities to enhance data integrity.
- Monitor data quality trends and proactively address potential issues.
- Develop and enforce data quality policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct root cause analysis of data quality issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on data quality best practices.
Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in a data quality role or a similar position.
- Experience with data quality tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Trillium).
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying for data validation and analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Knowledge of data management principles, data governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

- Ability to interpret and apply data governance policies to maintain data integrity.
- Hands-on experience in implementing data quality frameworks within an organization.
- Understanding of business processes and their impact on data quality.
- Capacity to develop and maintain documentation related to data quality processes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to drive data quality initiatives across different departments.
