Position Title: Data Engineering Sr. Engineer
Location: Remote - Colombia
What you will be doing:We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions that seamlessly integrate into business processes using tools such as Python and Snowflake. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing the company's data strategy through advanced data analytics, efficient integration of data from various repositories, and creating intricate knowledge graphs. By improving Salesforce and SharePoint interactions and promoting collaborative solutions across multiple platforms, you will contribute significantly to the organization's data-driven initiatives. You will also be instrumental in analyzing contracts, recognizing patterns, and facilitating knowledge transfer within the organization. This role is a key component of the data engineering team, emphasizing innovation and the strategic advancement of data infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement AI-enabled solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities, utilizing Python for data processing and Snowflake for extracting data and building analytics.
• Create and integrate AI solutions and knowledge structures into business processes, with a focus on knowledge graphs.
• Work with AI agents like LangGraph, CrewAI to enhance application capabilities.
• Analyze contracts and proposals, identifying similarities and differences to inform business strategy.
• Integrate data from multiple repositories, including Salesforce and SharePoint, ensuring seamless data flow and action triggers.
• Utilize a data science skill set to establish connections between solutions and foster collaborative approaches across platforms.
• Drive integration with Microsoft services to optimize business functions.
• Integrate structured and unstructured data from systems such as Salesforce,
• SharePoint, and Snowflake.
• Use data science techniques (clustering, semantic search, similarity analysis) to compare proposals, contracts, or statements of work (SOWs).
• Automate document generation using AI agents, including creating formatted outputs (e.g., Word, PDF, PowerPoint).
• Develop integrations using APIs across systems.

Requirements & QualificationsTo excel in this role, you should possess:

• Advanced proficiency in Python for data processing
• Advanced experience with Snowflake, including data extraction and analytics development
• Strong background in data analytics and data science with practical working knowledge
• Experience developing and implementing AI-enabled solutions in data science spaces
• Experience working with AI agents such as LangGraph and CrewAI
• Advanced proficiency in integrating data from various APIs, including Salesforce
• Solid understanding of semantic search, data clustering, and similarity analysis.
• Ability to trigger actions in software platforms like Salesforce and push data to repositories such as SharePoint
• Proven ability to work independently and self-direct in a low-supervision, fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Understanding of ETL processes and tools
• Certification in data science or related fields
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Knowledge of additional AI technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Syntex and Copilot for document processing and metadata enrichment.
• Experience in Power BI or similar reporting/visualization tools.
• Exposure to prompt engineering or transforming unstructured data into structured formats.
• Experience working in agile or cross-functional teams
