Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to understand data requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Automate the deployment and monitoring of data systems and infrastructure using DevOps best practices.
• Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of data services in production environments.
• Develop and manage cloud-based data storage solutions on platforms like AWS or Azure.
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data in compliance with regulations.
• Continuously optimize data flows and systems for efficiency and performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
• Experience with data warehousing solutions and data modeling concepts.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and configuration management tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly within the context of data engineering.
