Lead Assistant Manager-Healthcare Operations Management-Clinical Data Management & Operations

  1. Ensure compliance to client and organizational policies and procedures in respect of reporting
  2. Maintain and develop the processes to ensure optimum automation of reports
  3. Liaison effectively with leadership team, proving to be an effective and dependable support mechanism
  4. Develop and implement an internal audit process which regularly monitors the accuracy and hygiene of the learner and course data, and which reports regularly to senior managers
  5. Responsible for financial management – including revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, contract profit & loss management
  6. Analyzing data and deriving meaningful results for the use of management in decision-making
  7. Preparation, submission and presentation of various reports for the processes on agreed service level metrics with client
  8. Understanding the contract clauses, deliverable and timelines related to client invoicing
  9. Manage and deliver timely and reliable information in accordance with agreed plans and schedules, including reports from across all corporate systems
  10. To work proactively with colleagues across the team taking the initiative to resolve issues
  11. Prepare variance analysis report and evaluate financial performance by comparing & analyzing actual results with budgets & forecast
  12. Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment

 

  • Diploma after Matric
  • Previous international Voice experience
  • Good Computer navigation skills
  • Should be familiar with MS Office 
  • Possesses necessary knowledge of business concepts to effectively perform the job
  • Makes decisions in a timely manner; shows good judgment about when to make decisions independently and when to collect more information or involve others.
