As a Generative AI Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex generative AI solutions for our clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and project managers, to develop state-of-the-art generative models that address our clients’ unique business challenges. This role requires a deep understanding of Generative AI techniques, strong technical expertise, and exceptional problem-solving abilities. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing a team of AI-ML engineers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Architect and design generative AI solutions tailored to clients' specific requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and deploy generative AI models and algorithms to address complex problems in various domains, such as computer vision, natural language processing, or audio synthesis.
- Lead and contribute to the research and development of advanced generative AI models, including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, and novel architectures.
- Lead the development and implementation of generative AI models, frameworks, and algorithms.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team on generative AI best practices, architecture, and methodologies.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in generative AI to ensure our solutions are at the forefront of the industry.
- Perform code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and optimize generative AI models for efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to preprocess and curate datasets suitable for generative AI applications.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure timely and successful delivery of generative AI projects, meeting client expectations.
- Act as a subject matter expert on generative AI during client meetings, presentations, and workshops.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the performance, accuracy, and reliability of generative AI models through experimentation and iteration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field. A Ph.D. is a plus.
- Proven experience (10+ years) working in one or more of the following areas: machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, NLP, data mining or artificial intelligence.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing generative AI solutions, preferably in an industry setting.
- In-depth knowledge of generative AI techniques, including but not limited to generative adversarial networks (GANs), variational auto-encoders (VAEs), and deep reinforcement learning.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks used in generative AI development.
- Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, statistical analysis, and deep learning algorithms.
- Experience with cloud platforms, distributed computing, and high-performance computing for scalable generative AI deployments.
- Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data augmentation techniques for generative AI models.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to architect innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Demonstrated ability to stay updated with the latest research papers, methodologies, and advancements in generative AI.
