Role purpose: The Group Data & Analytics Teams provide expertise in requirement management, data analysis in order to ensure the quality of end-to-end demand management process. To liaise data solutions between customers and the Group Data & Analytics groups while working in agile project development in collaboration with project managers, IT developers. Act as the single point of contact until the end of the project lifecycle. To track and push the approval of the demands and the solution of the customer requests. To investigate standard solutions and potential external solutions. To manage customer demand projects fully or partially. To provide design and reporting analysis expertise. 

What you'll do:

• Business analyst responsible for capturing demand requests for new reporting solutions.   
• Manages and keeps track of incoming requirements of the local markets and Group functions, designs output.   
• Analyses and proposes data sources/data models for new Group D&A reporting solutions 
• Performs system analysis on software programs, applications, and web services 
• Analyses and continuously improves the performance and usability of web-based applications delivered to end-users 
• Drive project lifecycles pillars & track progress 
• Highlights any arising risks, provides mitigation plan, also brings any issues up and applies problem solving techniques to resolve them  
• Tracks the demand process from the idea of a request until the functionality is delivered to the business   
• Ensures that the design is up to date, the reporting process is working effectively and the reports are well accepted throughout Vodafone.   
• Builds, tests and present new reporting packs 
• Propose and tests data models  
• Support the activities of the project team  
• Fixed term contract for 2 years

What you will bring to the team:

• 3-5 years experiences with business modelling / reporting / analyses / business partnering 
• Good understanding of ETL tools & data mapping applications 
• Experience of project management tools (MS Projects / JIRA / Confluence) 
• Solid experience working in Agile project environment 
• Good communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders 
• Fluent English   
• Excellent problem solving skills  
• Ability to drive changes 
• Project management skills 
• Planning and delivery with support in issue resolution  
• Accuracy, attention to detail 
• Computer skills (MS Office, Visio)
