About the Role
This delivery-focused role will adopt AI and Data Excellence designs and best practice from within the CoE and implement within Digital's prioritised Domain initiatives. As required, this role will support the Practice Lead AI Excellence and leader of the AI Hub with the development of architectural documentation, standards, and supporting training material to represent excellence in AI design and implementation, as well as provide feedback gathered from delivery experience.
Key accountabilities include:
- Design, train, and fine-tune machine learning, deep learning or computer vision models, selecting appropriate algorithms and frameworks based on business needs
- Collect, clean and preprocess large datasets as required for AI training in compliance with data quality and regulatory standards, working across structured and unstructured data, including text, images, video and time series.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and UX designers, to integrate AI solutions into digital products, orchestrating agents across platforms as required
- Creates scalable and efficient AI systems and architectures.
- Optimises the performance of AI models so they run efficiently and effectively. Improve AI models as advances in models arise.
About You

You have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in software automation, with a background in developing and implementing automation solutions.
- Experience in Digital and AI technologies, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required. While not mandatory, fluency in Spanish is a definite plus!
We offer flexible work arrangements and are open to full-time, part-time, and job-share arrangements. Enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule with options for hybrid work, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life effectively.
