Position Summary

You will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented team members across various functions, including software and hardware engineers, product owners, and customer support teams. Our teams work on innovative feature backlogs and drive creative and unique solutions to solve real world customer problems We are seeking a talented and experienced AI/ML Software Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering, data engineering, and cloud-based AI/ML solutions. You will play a crucial role in driving our AI/ML initiatives, applying emerging technologies to IOT and machine data challenges, and building scalable, intelligent systems that enhance our products and processes.

Job Description

  • Develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions in cloud platforms like AWS that leverages IoT data to deliver business value
  • Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation to ensure high-quality and accurate results.
  • Apply software development skills to integrate AI/ML models into a cloud-native architecture.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps engineers, business stakeholders, and product managers, to build robust ML infrastructure and pipelines that address IoT data challenges and translate business needs into scalable AI/ML solutions. 
  • Conduct technical design reviews and provide architectural guidance.
  • Contribute to ongoing learning events and activities to continuously enhance skills.

Skills Needed

  • Bachelor's degree in in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development with Java or Python
  • Strong mathematical and computational skills, with a deep understanding of statistics, algorithms and optimization techniques
  • Hands-on experience with ETL pipeline development and large-scale data processing. 
  • Experience in data structures, data modeling, and software architecture to design scalable AI/ML solutions.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to take ownership of challenges, drive technical discussions, a and contribute to decision-making in a collaborative environment.
  • Hands-on experience with relational or NoSQL databases. 

Qualifications

  • Experience with Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and their AI/ML services.
  • Proficiency in GEN AI, LLM’s, Open AI, Hugging Face, RAG Models.
  • Experience with big data frameworks such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, and distributed computing. 
  • Experience with DevOps/MLOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools for AI-ML model deployment. 
  • Strong knowledge of API architecture, microservices, and distributed systems for integrating AI models into scalable applications.
  • Familiarity with IoT platforms and handling large volumes of real-time sensor data in an industrial setting.
