What You’ll Do

• Lead the Content Team: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing content team. Foster collaboration, streamline workflows, and champion a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Oversee In-App Content Creation:  Manage the development of all in-app content, including UX copy, visuals, and microcopy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
• Localize for Global Reach: Oversee localization and translation processes to ensure culturally relevant, high-quality content experiences across international markets.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with product, design, and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with user journeys and supports strategic goals across departments.
• Manage Stakeholder Communication:  Maintain transparent, proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth project execution.
• Stay Ahead of Creative & AI Trends: Continuously explore emerging trends in content, AI tools, and digital storytelling to drive innovation and efficiency in content strategy

What We Look For

• Proven Leadership in Content:  3+ years of experience in content strategy, UX writing, or related fields, with leadership experience.
• Exceptional Writing & Editing Skills: Ability to craft compelling, user-centric content with a keen eye for detail.
  Mobile App Enthusiast:Passion for mobile apps and a deep understanding of how content shapes user experience.
• AI & Creative Tool Expertise: Familiarity with AI-driven tools (e.g., Midjourney, Stable Diffusion) and content optimization techniques.
• SEO & Data-Driven Mindset: Strong grasp of SEO best practices and ability to make content decisions based on data insights.
• English Proficiency : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
