Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers, fostering growth and technical excellence.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define AI project goals and deliverables.
• Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to tackle complex business challenges.
• Oversee the AI model lifecycle, including data collection, preprocessing, model training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Stay ahead of AI and machine learning trends, ensuring best practices are incorporated into our solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and visualization techniques to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure AI solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
• Lead research efforts to explore new AI techniques and innovations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an AI Engineer or Data Scientist, with a track record of leading AI projects.
• Strong proficiency in machine learning frameworks and programming languages (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Expertise in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
