Job Description:

Johnson Controls is looking for an experienced Data Product Lead with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our innovative team in Pune. This role will focus on defining, developing, and executing data product strategies to enhance our analytics capabilities and drive business outcomes.

What You Will Do:

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to identify product opportunities and create data-driven solutions.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with product goals and user needs.
• Oversee the development lifecycle of data products from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in product offerings by utilizing user feedback and analytics to refine features and functionalities.
• Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product performance and success.
• Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making within the organization.

What We Look For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in product management or data analytics roles.
• Strong understanding of data technologies, analytics tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in translating complex data concepts into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies.
• Proven track record of delivering successful data products that drive business value.
