Job Description:

• Overview: As a Data Quality Analyst at JCI, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data across various systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data quality issues and implement solutions to enhance data reliability.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data quality assessments to identify discrepancies and anomalies in data sets.
  • Develop and implement data quality metrics and reporting mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with data owners to define data quality standards and best practices.
  • Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development of data governance frameworks to manage data quality.
  • Provide training and support to teams on data quality issues and tools.
  • Document data quality processes and maintain data dictionaries.
• Required Qualifications:
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a data quality, data analysis, or related role.
  • Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
