About your future role

You will join Generative AI Lab, fostering its democratization and responsible for the actual implementation of GenAI solutions and their strategy for Nexi Group. Being part of international team acting as a think tank for continuous technological innovation, you will stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI space, work in straight contact with Business Units, technical delivery experts and in liaison with control functions to assure their compliancy. 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Assess evolving GenAI needs and identify best fitting technological solutions 
• Set both technical and compliancy guardrails to foster the transformation from application development to application generation platform
• Maintain GenAI solutions catalogue and assure their maximum reuse 
• Cooperate closely with corporate functions and business units to identify process inefficiencies that can be compensated by GenAI 
• Be GenAI evangelist and change agent, supporting fully federated citizen developers

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• Profound interest in GenAI technology and Tech Innovation
• Previous experience in delivery of GenAI solutions and IT architecture design
• Understanding of coding languages and frameworks relevant to GenAI
• Vendor and project management experience
• Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
