About your future role

You will join Generative AI Lab, fostering its democratization and responsible for the actual implementation of GenAI solutions for Nexi Group. Being part of international team acting as a think tank for continuous technological innovation, you will stay up to date with the latest developments in GenAI space, work in straight contact with technical delivery experts to understand GenAI solutions, and in liaison with control functions to assure their compliancy. You will be located in Croatia. 

Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

• Analyze GenAI needs, define product requirements, ensure that product aligns with business goals, user requirements, and technical guardrails 
• Understand internal customer pain points,  cooperate closely with prompt engineers to ensure that provided GenAI solutions deliver required value
• Design system interfaces that facilitate intuitive interactions with GenAI functionalities
• Work with engineers and developers to implement the human-machine interaction design pattern

Qualifications needed to be successful in this role:

• High interest in GenAI technology and experience in using some GenAI tools
• Understanding of coding languages and frameworks relevant to GenAI, writing basic Python programs 
• Implementing Object-Oriented Programming Concepts and designing Data Structures
• Crafting effective prompts for LLMs

Additional skills and experience that would make you stand out:

• Fluency in English, Italian is a plus
• Basic project management acumen
