We are looking for students who can work minimum 30 hours/week or full time (40 hours/week) and are interested to stay for permanent roles with us in the future.

Internship program dates: 1st July 2025 – 28th November 2025

You must be available to participate in the program in person, starting from day one and for its full duration and you are required to work from the office 4 days a week.

Who we are looking for

Are you passionate about designing, developing, and maintaining data products? Can you visualize large data sets and design data pipeline across different systems? Can your reports tell a story?

Risk reporting is the process of distributing information and analysis to internal stakeholders, focused on the disclosure of risk and in managing the risk profile of the company. The current internship position is within Global Operational Risk Management (ORM) team.

Why this role is important to us

Across the globe, our businesses rely on us to help them manage risk, respond to challenges, and drive performance and profitability. You will join us as we are improving our data foundation, building analytical products and democratizing access to the data via dashboards. You will help us build resilience and execute day to day deliverables at our best by being involved in some of the following activities: operational incident reviews, capital planning, risk appetite monitoring, Risk and Control Self-Assessment enhancement, key risk indicator monitoring, improving risk measurement, data engineering, and risk reporting. You will work on proof-of-concept, design and develop tools/applications to support the function; experiment with interactive and user centric front end interfaces, build new data pipelines and create/utilize ML,NLP,AI models.

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Expected Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, Applied Math, Economics or a related field is required.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, and PowerPoint).

  • Hands on experience with advanced Python (ML,NLP,AI) and SQL is required.

  • Experience to integrate data with database environment and with front-end publishing technologies

  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher).

  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, etc is a plus.
