Lead business training efforts to improve understanding and adoption of reporting tools.
Contribute to the development of a user rollout strategy to encourage the use of MI across the business.
Oversee the design, development, and implementation of customised MI solutions tailored to business needs.
Help identify and document complex reporting requirements, providing project support and ensuring smooth rollout and adoption.
Investigate and resolve problems with existing solutions to improve their performance and reliability.
Maintain and improve the existing MI estate, including defect fixes, enhancements, and consumer support.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring service delivery aligns with business needs and industry standards.
About You

Other skills you'll need:
Experience in gathering and analysing business requirements from various stakeholders.
Good experience in designing full and complete solutions, producing specifications, detailing solutions for approval by business consumers and for technical use by developers and testers.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at all levels.
Technical skills with BI tools like MS Reporting Services, Power BI, or Tableau.
Knowledge of SQL/ PL-SQL/Oracle/Sybase and working with relational databases.
Ability to work well in teams and promote team success.
Can create reports and clearly communicate findings at all levels.
Effective at managing time, planning tasks, and organising workload.
