Business Data Analyst / Engineer

Your Role: 

As a Data Analyst/Engineer, you will support Global Consumer Services by building data systems and pipelines, improve our data quality and efficiency, analyze and identifying business opportunities, and ensuring data-driven decision-making is at the core of our operations. You will be responsible for providing timely, reliable, and relevant insights that drive business growth and improve efficiency. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs, tracking business performance. 

• Maintain the business logic and data trigger points supporting global processes. 

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear, actionable insights for global performance and efficiency reporting. 

• Evaluate business needs and objectives 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to support data-driven decision-making across the business. 

• Assist in designing and implementing A/B tests, market analysis, and customer segmentation to refine strategies and initiatives. 

 Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field. 

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business data analytics or e-commerce data analytics. 

• Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Fabric. 

• Proven experience in drawing insights from diverse data sources to uncover trends, opportunities, and actionable insights. 

• Basic understanding of financial KPIs and relevant calculations. 

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
