THE OPPORTUNITY   

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Oracle Fusion data models, Power BI reports and SQL data analysis.  Reporting to the Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence, this role requires a deep understanding of SQL queries, visualization standards and data warehouse best practices.  The candidate should have extensive knowledge building Fusion reports and Power BI dashboards. 

  

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Data Modeling: Leverage extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model to ensure accurate and efficient reporting.
• Reporting: Build and maintain Fusion reports and Power BI dashboards using integrated data in order to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
• Analysis:  Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including BI, Software Development and Data Scientists to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
• User support:  Complete ad hoc requests and investigate end user questions. 

CANDIDATE PROFILE 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Fusion Business Intelligence Publisher (BIP). 
• Technical Skills: 
• Extensive knowledge of the Oracle Fusion data model – required. 
• Experience building and maintaining Fusion reports. 
• Experience with developing Power BI reports and dashboards. 
• Strong SQL skills and experience with database management systems. 
• Nice to have: 
• Proficiency in Oracle Fusion REST APIs and data extraction techniques would be an asset. 
• Experience with data warehousing concepts and tools (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator) would be an asset. 
• Certification in Oracle Fusion or related technologies.
• Knowledge of data security and compliance standards.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
