JOIN THE TEAM

We are currently seeking a talented Solutions Architect to join our team at BASF's Agricultural Solutions department Digital Factory.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Spearhead the design and implementation of the business intelligence infrastructure focusing on Power BI platforms.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated data models using Power BI Desktop. • Utilize multiple sources of data for building BI reporting
• Work with data across the corporate landscape to provide data sets for the analyst team to design dashboards and reports
• Optimize Power BI reports for performance and consolidate the quantity of data sets
• Design a long-term plan for data structures and automation initiatives
• Audit existing Power BI efforts with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Provide mentorship to analysts to use the data model to create reports and utilize basic DAX functions
• Lead and mentor junior resources
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide solutions to complex business problems
• Communicate complex concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

• Extensive experience in business intelligence development with an emphasis on early-stage data integration and ETL processes.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or 5+ years of equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, DAX, or similar programming languages.
• Ability to communicate effectively across a diverse customer base.
