People Data Analyst

We are currently looking for a People Data Analyst Lead to join us in our HQ Hub based in Warsaw, reporting into the Global People Data Analytics Lead.

In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting employee data to provide actionable insights that support our People & Culture strategies and initiatives. You will work closely with P&C leaders and other stakeholders to identify trends, measure the effectiveness of P&C programs, and drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll do:

• Collect and analyze employee data from various sources, including different HRIS, employee experience platforms, and payroll systems.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports to track key metrics such as employee engagement, turnover, and diversity.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support HR decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and validation.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably in people analytics role in large organization.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (eg. Power BI)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Knowledge of People/HR specific KPIs, metrics, processes and industry practices
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
