Job Description

• Import/Export data in Production team and send the data to Planning sections.
• Contact and coordinate with sections concerning as IT, Planning, CS#, etc. to resolve issue as miss take, error data, error system.
• Daily Monitor production schedule of Planning team and coordinate with concerning sections in production to solve the issues to make sure the orders are delivered on time as plan.
• Improve production efficiency, reduce scrap by optimizing the schedule plan and production processes.
• Follow agreed lead-time to prioritize and utilize production capacity to achieve Reliability & Flexibility, UEE (Utilization of Equipment Efficiency) targets.
• Working with Planning team to Support Urgent orders for customer requirements.
• Making Daily Output & Yield Report for Assistant Production Manager.
• Lead a team of Metrics Data analysts of AD Bac Ninh site.
• Implement Metrics SOP, improvements & automation projects in data collection & data formulization.
• Build-up team capability in data analyst & data presentation.
• Other tasks as supervisor/manager required.    

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience leading a team in a rapidly changing, team focused environment within a relevant industry.
• Minimum of 2-3 years working in a service/customer & operational environment.
• Good Microsoft office such as Word, Excel, Macro, Data Software.
• Demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
• Good problem solving and analytical skills.
• A high level of comfort working with cross functional partners, and A strong analytical mindset.
• Good team-leader skills & control, working in A high pressure environment.
• Attention to detail and have demonstrated capability in driving performance improvement and managing people.
