The Infectious Disease Dynamics group in the Department of Epidemiology is seeking to hire a Research Data Analyst for the Sero analytics Hub project, where computational approaches to integrated, multipathogen serological surveillance will be further developed, optimized, and disseminated globally. This will encompass a review of scientific literature specific to the Luminex multiplex bead assay (MBA) for pathogen Sero surveillance and engagement with multilateral organizations and universities actively involved in integrated Sero surveillance.
  • Develop open source Sero epidemiologic resources for researchers and agencies, including the development of analytical tools in R for integrated Sero surveillance and training materials to support the dissemination of such tools.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.
  • Three years related experience.
  • Additional education may substitute for required experience to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or a related field preferred.
