Data & Analytics Driven Organization: One Data and Analytics Function drive the vision to transform the Bank into a Data Driven Organization (DDO) using latest tools and technologies in Data space. RBG Data team is a stream within One Data Organization driving this agenda for RBG function.

• Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, including data analytics platform and reporting tools.
• Translate business needs into technical specification and create visualizations and reports.
• Our core function spans multiple platforms like Enterprise Data Lake, Azure Data Lake, Business Intelligence, Advanced Analytics and Realtime Streaming platforms. 

The work involves developing new requirements in both on-premises and cloud data lake’s estimating the efforts, designing an effective solution. Also, handling critical applications that influence bank’s management decision making process, regulatory reporting (which can influence financial/non-financial penalties) and operational reporting.

• Reporting Architecture Design: Core responsibilities are to design and maintain the reporting architecture. This includes translating complex functional, technical & business requirements into architectural designs. 
• Business Focused Deliveries: 
• Managed to build scalable & robust data visualization platform supported as per organization strategical tools & technology.
• Develops and maintains scalable Business Intelligence Solutions for RBG, Risk, Compliance & Client Experience (CX) Digitalization
• Understand clients’ problems and decide how to cater to their needs, business problems.
• Proficient in requirement gathering, finalizing scope, consensus building across diverse stakeholders, formulating BRD’s, concluding UAT, demos and trainings, tracking Agile Scrum & rituals.
• Reporting Server Administration: Implementing high value-added solutions and performing administrative activities across a multi hybrid environment reporting infrastructure using both on-prem & cloud servers.
• Team Leadership and Management: Provide thought leadership, best practices & standards required to deliver effective reporting solutions. Responsible for working with the cross functional team of data engineers and data analysts to deliver strategic data and analytics initiatives.
• Infrastructure Improvement & Maintenance: Should be able to perform upgrades, new installation of the reporting cluster, configure different security roles, attribute-based access control and implement security authorization at different levels. 
• Performance Optimization, Data Quality and Governance: Responsible for redesigning existing data models & architecture to enhance performance and ensure data quality and governance. Participate in design reviews of prototypes that align with our business segments.
• Version Upgradation and Integration: Keeping up with the latest trends and advancements introduced with technologies is crucial. Evaluating and integrating new version/upgrade and frameworks benefits in enhancing the reporting solution.
• Collaboration with Application End Users: Collaborate with Application analysts and report/dashboard end users to analyze, provides specifications & document projects.
• Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Performing error handling process, debugging, and troubleshooting the applications in Production environment without scarifying the uptime and services.
• Scalability and Resilience: Ensuring that the data engineering infrastructure can scale with increasing data volume and handle failures gracefully is critical. This KRA involves designing for high availability and fault tolerance.
• Security and Compliance: Work closely with ISG and Vulnerability Management team to ensure reporting Security and compliance with relevant data & reporting regulations and industry best practices. Implementing access controls, encryption and auditing mechanisms as required.

Core Skills:

• 8 – 12 Years of Total Experience in Software & BI Development.
• 6+ years hands of experience in BI product development, dashboarding and data modeling.
• Excellent knowledge of RDBMS, client server programming, data structures and software development methods, principles, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of BI & Reporting Architecture and their integration with SQL/Big Data.
• Experience in data integration through extracting and transforming and loading data from various data sources (DWH and Data Lake is must).
• Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical, and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
• Strong proficiency in performance tuning and deployment.
• Web application knowledge of ASP.Net, ASP is plus.
• Expertise in installation, configuration & upgrading BI tools from existing versions to latest versions on Desktop, DEV, UAT & PROD server.
• Hands-on experience in building mashup and custom extension using JavaScript, HTML, CSS Scripting.
• Proficient in server management console related activities includes setting up user directory connectors, security rules to enhance security at different levels.
• Automation skills and deep interest and aptitude in data, metrics, and analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively

convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Public/Private cloud experience in Azure.
• Good Domain Knowledge in Banking/Finance area.
