Key Responsibilities

• Leading and developing curriculums and courses. 
• Conducting engaging and impactful workshops. 
• Taking full ownership of your projects and responsibilities. 
• Always prioritizing the company's collective interests above personal interests. 
• Inspiring and motivating team members to perform at their best. 
• Providing exceptional learning experiences and measurable outcomes.
• Actively participating in ProgressionLabs, our innovative space where we build cutting-edge generative AI applications.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 5+ Years of experience in Software Engineering 
• 3+ Years of experience in Teaching (preferably online)
• 1+ Year of experience in GEN AI development

Good-to-have 

• Ability to represent ProgressionSchool effectively to academic institutions and companies. 
• Experience working with the Business Development team of an Ed-tech company. 
• Previous experience leading a team of instructors.
