Job Description

We are looking for an Analytics Consultant to translate business needs into data-driven solutions. You will tackle complex analytical challenges across industries like infrastructure, utilities, and government, collaborating with teams to develop AI models, optimise operations, and drive informed decision-making.

What will a day in this role look like:

  • Data Science & Advanced Analytics – Design and implement AI-driven analytics solutions, develop predictive models, and create interactive visualizations to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Systems Analysis & Programming – Develop, maintain, and optimise data pipelines and application code using Python, R, SQL, and cloud-based tools while ensuring seamless system integration.

  • Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement – Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to align analytics solutions with business goals, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies.

  • Automation & Continuous Improvement – Automate workflows, enhance data governance, and implement best practices for model monitoring, security, and version control.

  • Innovation & Knowledge Sharing – Drive a culture of continuous learning by leading workshops, reviewing analytics models, and implementing AI-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

What are we looking for from you?

  • Education & Experience – Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 1+ years of work experience in data science, analytics, or software development.

  • Technical Skills – Proficiency in Python, R, or C++, with experience in data preparation, machine learning, SQL, and cloud platforms like Azure.

  • Data Visualization & BI – Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar tools for creating dashboards and insights (certification is a plus).

  • Problem-Solving & Communication – Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues and explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Security & Project Exposure – Understanding of data security best practices, version control, and some experience with project management or business analysis.

Additional Information

Salary range: $73,150 - $75,000 (Total package, dependent on experience)
