The Transactional Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting business operations by ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of system data and processes. Acting as a liaison between superusers, end-users, and technical teams, the analyst provides essential support, resolves issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, analytical skills, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity and optimize business performance.

Salary range 004 : 67 100$ to 84 600$ (Salary will be determined based on skills, education, training & experience related to the position).
What’s involved in this role:
Provide support to superusers and end-users by addressing and following up on non-urgent questions related to the solution in their site or stream.
Communicate and clarify system enhancements, changes, or updates to all impacted users.
Relay information, issues, and bugs to the appropriate teams for resolution.
Maintain regular communication with superusers to ensure alignment and consistency.
Oversee system health and ensure operational compliance and data accuracy.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the system.
Support the execution of business controls and issue tracking processes.
Plan and organize inventory processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Investigate the root cause of issues or discrepancies and develop preventive action plans.
Ensure adherence to best practices through regular surveillance, audits, verifications, and updates.
Collaborate with plant financial analysts, plant managers, and superusers to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
Attend regular meetings to share best practices and stay informed about upcoming activities, system changes, and training material updates.
Work closely with project managers on any changes impacting system processes.
Execute local User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities when required.
What you need to join our team:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Data Analytics, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience in data analysis, system support, or a related role.
Experience in supervising or coaching is an asset.
General knowledge of business processes and data management.
Strong proficiency with IT tools and data systems ( ( SAP /MES).
Detail-oriented, rigorous, and accountable with a focus on accuracy.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to investigate and implement preventive solutions.
Autonomous, results-driven, and dedicated to continuous improvement.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills with internal and external business partners.
