AI Voice Engineer

Sei is hiring an AI Engineer to build high-scale voice and chat AI agents and improve core ML systems for enterprise use.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering

• Strong experience with LLMs and speech technologies

• Hands-on experience building chat/voice agents and related ML models

• Experience with VAD, turn detection, interrupt handling

• Exposure to knowledge graphs, Graph RAG, and reasoning-based approaches

• MLOps experience to maintain low-latency AI systems

• Prior experience in early-stage startups or 0→1/1→10 product building

• Strong bias for action, clear thinking, and customer-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Build and scale voice and chat agents for enterprises

• Evaluate and implement models for speech and conversation

• Optimize ML workflows for latency and performance

• Collect and clean datasets to measure hallucination, recall, and model quality

• Implement SOTA methods for Graph RAG and knowledge graph integrations

• Run evaluations to improve overall system performance

• Work closely with founders and customers to shape product direction

Job Details
Location: Gurgaon, India (WFO - 4 days / WFH - 1 day)
Compensation: INR 20-50 LPA. Includes early-stage equity. Flexible cash-equity split based on candidate preference.

• Tech Interview 1 (with CTO Ram – 45 mins, questions shared beforehand)
