Join our team as an Interim HR Data Analyst for a six-month maternity cover and dive into the dynamic world of HR data management! We are on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support our HR Data & Analytics team during this critical period. If you possess a keen ability to navigate complex datasets and have a robust background in Workday Reporting, this role is your opportunity to leverage your expertise in an impactful way. 

You will also;

  • Promptly handle HR data inquiries, ensuring swift resolutions, accuracy, and adherence to data governance standards. 
  • Manage ad-hoc report requests and craft impactful visualizations to support HR decision-making. 
  • Gather requirements and design tailored reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Workday Reporting and PowerBI. 
  • Maintain stringent data accuracy, consistency, and governance across all HR systems and stakeholder interactions. 
  • Actively participate in the Data Quality Committee, overseeing data integrity, compliance, and continuous enhancement efforts. 
  • Supporting with a range of transformative data & analytics projects that would contribute to the optimization of HR processes and systems. Some of these projects include CSRD Reporting, Data and Dashboard Quality, and Data Governance. 

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, HR, or related field. 
  • Proven experience in data analysis or a similar role within an HR context. 
  • Proficiency with Workday and Workday Reporting Writer. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis & visualization tools (SQL, Excel, PowerBI). 
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills to interact with global stakeholders.
