Senior Customer Insight Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Customer Insight Analyst for a new permanent opportunity in our Digital Customer Product Area.

Your Role in Action  

• Transform customer data into actionable insights that drive business value.
• Tackle vague stakeholder inquiries, defining clear questions and delivering the insights they need.
• Adapt quickly to changing situations, providing timely and impactful business intelligence.
• Conduct data discovery with incomplete information to uncover key insights.
• Provide subject matter expertise to produce valuable intelligence through customer data analysis.
• Create compelling reports and visual aids (dashboards, PowerPoint slides) to communicate insights to Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
• Review and analyse customer data, delivering insights that meet stakeholder needs and add value.
• Build proactive, ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

What Makes You a Great Fit 

• Seasoned professional in the field of customer data analytics, market research including reporting, insights and preferably in a corporate/commercial environment
• Demonstrated experience in dealing with large volumes of complex data and managing demanding customer and interested stakeholders
• Demonstrated mentoring and technical leadership abilities
• Excellent organisation and time management abilities to manage several completing priorities and stakeholders
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills, complimented by advanced influencing skills
• Must possess a degree qualification in an analytical or quantitative discipline (e.g. Business/Commerce, Management/ Financial Accounting, Statistics, Marketing)
