Requirements

About the role

You'll be working within our professional services team delivering exciting data projects for customers.

Specifically, here's a bit more detail on what it takes to be a match for this role:

  • Demonstrated experience in Data Engineering, particularly in modern cloud data platforms like Azure Purview, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI or their equivalents.
  • Ideally, experience in a consulting environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines at once.
  • Experience in building cloud systems that collect and wrangle raw data to surface information to downstream reporting or AI workloads.
  • Experience in building ETL data integration using tools such as Spark, Python or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at pace with multiple priorities. Ideally, you've worked in a consulting environment previously to show this.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the confidence to work directly with clients to understand and meet their needs.
  • Strong learning agility with the ability to reason and problem-solve across a range of data domains.
  • Ability to contribute towards transforming business ideas into technical architecture and data platform solutions, and to explain those to non-technical audiences.
  • An eagerness to expand your understanding into other areas of emerging tech including Machine Learning, Software, Infrastructure, and IoT.
