Serves as the statistical expert and analyst to support reporting throughout the Learning COE. Assists with department data and reporting needs including report creation, database management and analysis. Additionally, the Learning Data Analyst will work independently and collaborate with HRIS, Learning COE colleagues to
collect and analyze data about our System's learners for the purpose of improving learning outcomes. Under minimal supervision, compiles data from many sources to organize and transform the data into visual formats that enable the tracking of key indicators including learner performance, team member development, and organizational learning practices and initiatives. Data will be leveraged to inform Learning COE decisions and strategic priorities.
Essential Functions
- Performs analysis of data, identifying trends and facilitating the interpretation of meaningful insights to improve learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Identify data sources, validate parameters, and pull data independently or partner with Learning Technologies to extract targeted data sets.
- Collaborates with COE colleagues and HRIS to influence and design reports.
- Participate in the Learning intake process and work across the system and Learning COE to ensure learning requests are reviewed timely and prioritized based on needs.
- Acts as a collaborative business partner across the organization to understand and identify learning reporting needs.
- Ability to create innovative solutions for data content or data format challenges/enhancements.
Qualifications
Required
- Required Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, Healthcare or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in HR programs, learning and development or healthcare programs Required
- 3 years of relevant experience n report development and data analysis Required
- Knowledge of Workday and ServiceNow Preferred
